Hoover open the scoring with a 5 yd TD. Minutes later Amzy Roose connected with John Hummer for a 32 yard TD, with Gaeton Groninger added the 2 pt. conversion to give the Caveman a 14-0 lead. After a Randy Turner fumble recovery, Layton Dunway added a 2 yd TD run to up the lead to 20-0. The Warriors made it interesting with a kick off return and a touchdown pass to bring the score to 20-12. However, the Caveman continued their domiance in the second half with Hoover capping off a long drive with a 7 yd. TD run. Groninger add a second 2 pt. conversion to create the 28-12 final.
