The Mishawaka High School Champions Together team participated in the South Bend Polar Plunge on Saturday, February 24 at Four Winds Field. The team had 28 plungers registered including students and staff members of MHS. This year was the 25th Anniversary of the Special Olympics signature fundraiser. The MHS Champions Together team raised about $3,000 for this year’s Plunge with all proceeds directly supporting training and competition for nearly 18,000 Special Olympics athletes throughout the state.
