After one the Cavemen took a 2 point lead 13-11. At the half Mishawaka extended their lead to 5 with a 29-24 lead at intermission. Mishawaka had done a great job of handling the Saint Joe full court pressure for most of the night. The Cavemen found an extended lead at 9 after a Rasauun Johnson dunk to end the 3rd quarter with a 48-39 advantage. But, in the 4th quarter Saint Joe turned up the pressure and capturing the lead with 56 seconds to go after a big Jayce Lee breakaway dunk. But, the Cavemen would find a way with 5 seconds to go and Trey Thomas getting a handoff in the corner from Brady Fisher and drilling a 3 to help Mishawaka to a 57-55 victory. The Cavemen were led by Trey Thomas’ 15 points, Cooper Pritchett chipped in with 14 and Brady Fisher added 9.
