IHSAA SECTIONAL VS LAPORTE VS MISHAWAKA HIGH SCHOOL 44 50 Team 1 2 3 4 IHSAA Sectional vs LaPorte 6 7 8 23 Mishawaka High School 7 14 9 20 Mishawaka took to the hardwood, Tuesday night, in the first round of the Sectionals at the CAVE against LaPorte. The Cavemen turned in a gutty defensive performance in the first half by holding the LaPorte Slicers to 13 points. Mishawaka would take a first half lead into the locker room at 21-13. After half Mishawaka continued with the same stingy defense they have played all night with holding the Slicers to 21 points after 3. The Cavemen would survive and advance with a 50-44 victory over LaPorte. Mishawaka was led by Brady Fisher’s 16 points, Jackson Snyder had 11 and Cooper Pritchett chipped in with 9.
