Mishawaka C-Team Baseball Stymied by Penn in Game 1

MISHAWAKA HIGH SCHOOL VS PENN (DOUBLE HEADER) 3 9 Team 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 R H E Mishawaka High School 3 0 0 0 0 0 0 3 4 2 Penn (Double Header) 0 2 1 3 3 0 0 9 8 0 After jumping out to an early 3-0 lead in the top of the first, Mishawaka could not keep up with Penn as the Kingsmen scored nine runs over the next four innings to win 9-3 in game 1 of the double header. Mishawaka was held to four hits, one each for four different players. Gavin Franks started and took the loss on the mound. Penn had eight hits, led by Grady Harrell and Codey Clarke with two hits apiece. Caleb Spinsky pitched a complete game giving up three runs on four hits with two walks and five strikeouts.
