Mishawaka JV Baseball Can’t Quite Erase 4-Run Deficit In Loss To Warsaw

The Cavemen scored three in the sixth. Warsaw added one in the seventh and Mishawaka ended with one in the bottom of the seventh. DJ Harlan earned the win for the Tigers. He surrendered five hits and five runs (four earned) over six and one-third innings, striking out five and walking three.Alex Brooks earned the save for the Tigers. Gunnar Eby took the loss for the Cavemen. The lefty went four innings, surrendering four runs (two earned) on four hits, striking out two and walking three. Jack Taylor pitched the final three innings for the Cavemen giving up two hits, two runs (one earned) while striking out two. Jayden Pyle, Noah Deed, Landon Johns, and Walker Hawn each drove in a run for Mishawaka. Andrew Kerschner, Brooks, Gavin Schultz, and Spencer Love each drove in a run for Warsaw.
