Noah Deeds doubled in the fourth inning, singled in the fourth inning, and singled in the first inning. Mishawaka JV Cavemen won thanks in part to seven runs in the fourth inning. Colten Handley drew a walk, scoring one run, Brady Francis singled, scoring three runs, Alex Dermody doubled, scoring two runs, and Noah Deeds singled, scoring one run. Mishawaka JV Cavemen got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Colten Handley doubled, and Lucas DeWilkins grounded out, each scoring one run. Mishawaka JV Cavemen added to their early lead in the bottom of the second inning after Noah Deeds was struck by a pitch, and Maddux Kuhnle walked, each scoring one run. Mishawaka JV Cavemen added one run in the third after Alex Dermody grounded out. Brady Francis earned the win for Mishawaka JV Cavemen. The right-handed pitcher surrendered one hit and two runs over five innings, striking out six and walking five. Tristan Keiser took the loss for Goshen Redhawks JV/C. The right-handed pitcher went three and two-thirds innings, allowing 10 runs (nine earned) on seven hits, striking out five and walking five. Mishawaka JV Cavemen tallied nine hits in the game. Alex Dermody and Noah Deeds each drove in two runs for Mishawaka JV Cavemen. Brady Francis collected two hits for Mishawaka JV Cavemen in three at bats. Maddux Kuhnle led Mishawaka JV Cavemen with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, collecting six walks for the game. Landon Johns stole two bases. Mishawaka JV Cavemen ran wild on the base paths, amassing four stolen bases for the game. Mishawaka JV Cavemen turned one double play in the game. David Castillo led the team with one run batted in.
