Elkhart Lions C-Team flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the fourth, scoring six runs on five hits to take the lead, 6-1. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Kayvin Wagner that drove in two. Matthew Huemmer stepped on the hill first for Mishawaka Cavemen C-Team. The hurler allowed seven hits and six runs (five earned) over three and two-thirds innings, striking out eight and walking six. Finley McGhan started on the bump for Elkhart Lions C-Team. The starter gave up four hits and one run over four innings, striking out three and walking two. Mishawaka Cavemen C-Team piled up 10 hits in the game. Summers, Ethan Forslund, and Joiner each drove in one run for Mishawaka Cavemen C-Team. Summers stole two bases. Mishawaka Cavemen C-Team stole seven bases in the game. Elkhart Lions C-Team accumulated nine hits in the game. DaRon Young drove the middle of the lineup, leading Elkhart Lions C-Team with three runs batted in. The left fielder went 2-for-3 on the day.
