Chloe’ Plunkett was the winning pitcher for the Cavemen. She allowed two hits and one run over six innings, with no walks.

Jordan Herczeg showed timely hitting on Saturday, driving in four on two hits to lead Mishawaka Cavemen Varsity past Concord 11-1 on Saturday. Herczeg drove in runs on a single in the fifth and a single in the sixth.

The Cavemen racked up 17 hits. Megan Fry, Anna Carpenter, Caydence Carmack, Hailey Unger, and Jordan Herczeg each had multiple hits for the Cavemen. Megan Fry went 4-for-5 at the plate to lead the Cavemen in hits. The Cavemen were sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error.
