The Cavemen traveled to Stonehenge golf course for the Warsaw Invitational on Saturday. There were many bright spots for the Cavemen at the one of their toughest courses they play this year. Grace Vandenburg got back into form with a 110. Liv Stamm had a hot start with a 56 on the front and ended with her season low of 120. Sarah Burns continued improving by setting 2 personal records. Her front 9 score of 60 was her lowest 9-hole score of the year, and her 123 beat her personal best by 7 strokes! The Cavemen are back in action on Monday as they take on Marian and Jimtown. Even though the match is at Eberhart, the Cavemen will be the visitors for this match. For those who attended Friday’s football game, the girls golf team has a special opportunity before Monday’s match. The team will be available before the match to sign this year’s football program. Make sure you arrive early for this unique opportunity.
