Cavemen News · Ranked 8th in Indiana

Mishawaka’s would like to thank all of our viewers and supporters for helping us earn a Top Ten Ranking for the month of April.  Varsity News Network (VNN) releases webstats each month documenting the number of clicks a website gets.  In a month where there were no sports, there was still plenty of activity online for Cavemen sports fans.
The month of April was a challenge for all of us, but the communication kept flowing and we were able to to not only highlight our senior athletes with the “Mishawaka Senior Spotlights”, but we added special content to give our kids a chance to stay sharp.  In our “Cavemen Ready” segments, Strength and Conditioning Coordinator Michael Szerszen stepped up to write and demonstrate weekly workouts.  And we can’t thank Taylor “Parmley” Gabler enough for volunteering from Muncie to give us the “Mental Tips of the Week.”  During times of confusion, she was a shining light of positivity for all on our website, Twitter and Facebook accounts.
Some other stories that got a lot of attention were Joe Walker earning USA Wrestling Scholastic All-American status, IHSAA Notifications,  Soccer player Kaleia Hartman demonstrating soccer workouts, Chadd Blasko becoming the new girls varsity basketball coach, Mishawaka Athletics helping the Mishawaka Food Pantry, Jordyn Bobos earning Academic All-State, Former Duke Basketball Coach Gerry Gerald Grew Up In Mishawaka, A Message From The Athletic Director, and Denise Shelton starting “Women of Will” Workouts.

Our social media platforms are just under 3 years old.  Together we are making a difference and making our brand stronger.  We encourage the public to tell us about positive stories and things we can promote for our student athletes, parents and fans.
Thank You Mishawaka Cavemen Fans!
